Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blancs Teeth website and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing a product.

The website is operated by Blancs Teeth you can contact us at:

Email: [info@blancsteeth.com]{.underline}
Postal address: PO Box

By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and any other policies or product instructions displayed on our website.

Nothing in these terms affects the legal rights provided to you under UK consumer law.

2. Who may use our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Blancs Teeth. If you are under 18, an order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian on your behalf.

You must use the website only for lawful purposes and must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information shown on our website are accurate. However:

  • product packaging, colours and appearance may differ slightly from images shown on screen
  • packaging may be updated from time to time without changing the product materially
  • results can vary between individuals; and
  • availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.

Please read all product descriptions, ingredients, warnings and directions before purchasing or using a product. If there is a conflict between general website content and the instructions or warnings supplied with a product, you should follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the product.

4. Teeth-whitening products and responsible use

Our teeth-whitening strips and related products must be used only as directed on the packaging and product information provided.

Before use, check the ingredients and warnings to ensure that the product is suitable for you. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.

You should seek advice from a dentist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a whitening product if you:

  • have an existing dental or oral-health condition
  • are receiving dental treatment
  • have significant tooth sensitivity, gum irritation or damaged teeth
  • are pregnant or breastfeeding; or
  • are unsure whether the product is suitable for you.

Stop using the product and seek appropriate advice if you experience significant or persistent discomfort, irritation or another unexpected reaction.

Our website content is provided for general product information only. It is not medical or dental advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional.

Whitening results are affected by factors including the original shade and condition of the teeth, the type of staining, lifestyle and correct product use. We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same result.

5. Placing an order

Our website will guide you through the steps required to place an order. Before submitting it, you will have an opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery details and total price and to correct errors.

By selecting the final payment button, you confirm that:

  • the information you have provided is complete and accurate
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method
  • you agree to pay the total amount displayed.

After you place an order, we will send an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that the order has been accepted.

A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation confirming our acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.

Please keep a copy of your order confirmation and these terms for your records.

6. Our right to reject or cancel an order

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable
  • we cannot authorise or verify payment
  • billing or delivery information appears incorrect or incomplete
  • we identify a pricing or product description error
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity
  • an order exceeds a stated quantity limit
  • we reasonably believe products are being purchased for unauthorised resale; or
  • we cannot deliver to the address or destination provided.

If we cancel an accepted order before dispatch, we will notify you and return any payment for products that will not be supplied.

7. Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you submit your order.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where the price displayed was an obvious error that you could reasonably have recognised as incorrect.

Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their own terms and security checks.

You must not use a payment method without the account holder’s permission.

8. Discount codes, promotions and bundles

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional prices, gifts, bundles or multi-buy offers. Unless the relevant promotion states otherwise:

  • promotions are available for a limited period and while stocks last
  • only one discount code may be used per order
  • a discount cannot be exchanged for cash
  • discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
  • delivery charges are excluded from percentage discounts
  • offers may apply only to selected products or customers
  • discount codes must not be copied, sold, altered or used fraudulently.

If part of a discounted bundle or multi-buy order is returned, any refund may be recalculated to reflect the price of the products retained and the terms of the original offer. Any free gift connected with a returned order may also need to be returned unused and unopened.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already accepted unless an offer has been used fraudulently or an obvious error has occurred.

9. Subscribe and Save orders

Where we offer a subscription, the frequency, price, minimum term (if any) and other subscription details will be shown before you subscribe.

By choosing Subscribe and Save, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the payment method you selected for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.

Unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout:

  • your subscription will continue at the selected delivery frequency
  • each recurring payment will be charged shortly before the relevant order is processed or dispatched
  • the price charged will be the subscription price applying at that time, together with any applicable delivery charge
  • subscription discounts cannot normally be combined with other offers; and
  • you are responsible for keeping your payment, billing and delivery information current.

We will provide notice of any material change to the subscription price or terms before it takes effect where required by law.

You may cancel, pause or change a subscription through your customer account or by contacting [info@blancsteeth.com]{.underline}. A request must be received before the next order is processed. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it may be handled under our Returns Policy instead.

We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment repeatedly fails, a product is discontinued or unavailable, we suspect misuse, or continuing the subscription is not reasonably possible. We will notify you where practical.

10. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated timeframes and charges will be displayed at checkout or in our Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe and, in any event, within the period required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after an order has been processed.

An order will be treated as delivered when it is delivered to the address you supplied or to another location or person nominated by you. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full and the products have been delivered.

If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Your legal rights in relation to serious delays remain unaffected.

11. Failed, refused or incorrect delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, or it was not collected from the carrier, we may ask you to pay reasonable redelivery costs.

If tracking states that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us promptly at [info@blancsteeth.com]{.underline} so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.

We may ask for information reasonably required for the investigation. This does not affect your statutory rights where the goods have not been delivered to you or to a person or place authorised by you.

12. Cancelling an online order

UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel, email [info@blancsteeth.com]{.underline} with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms.

Because teeth-whitening strips and certain oral-care products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, the right to change your mind may be lost once the relevant hygiene or protective seal has been broken after delivery. This exception does not apply merely because the outer delivery packaging has been opened, and it does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Further details about eligibility, return instructions and our additional 30-day return offer are provided in our Returns Policy.

13. Returns and refunds

Do not send a product back until you have contacted us and received the correct return instructions and address.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not conforming to the contract, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Where you validly cancel under your statutory cancellation right, we will provide the refund required by law, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable. We do not have to refund the additional cost of an enhanced delivery method you selected.

We may reduce a refund where legally permitted to reflect a loss in value caused by unnecessary handling. For hygiene-sensitive sealed goods, a change-of-mind return may be refused if the relevant seal has been broken.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the time required by law. Please see our Returns Policy for the full process.

14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to the contract. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us where the law requires.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact [info@blancsteeth.com]{.underline} as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably requested.

We may offer a refund, repair or replacement as required by UK consumer law. We will cover reasonable return costs where the goods do not conform to the contract.

Nothing in these terms or our Returns Policy limits your statutory remedies.

15. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect you, us or other users, or where these terms have been materially breached.

16. Acceptable use of the website

You must not:

  • use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose
  • introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database or another user’s account
  • interfere with the website’s operation or security
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or extract website content or personal information using automated means without our permission
  • impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information
  • infringe our rights or the rights of another person
  • use our products, website or content for unauthorised commercial resale.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

17. Intellectual property

The website and its content including the Blancs Teeth name, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits.

No licence to use any trademark, brand name or other intellectual property is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

18. Reviews, photographs and other customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that:

  • it is honest and based on your genuine experience
  • you own it or have permission to submit it
  • it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights
  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or misleading; and
  • it does not contain malicious code, confidential information or unauthorised advertising.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it directly to us for publication, you grant Blancs Teeth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format and display it for the purpose for which it was submitted and to promote Blancs Teeth, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Where consent is legally required to use your image or content for advertising, we will obtain it. You may contact [info@blancsteeth.com]{.underline} if you have a concern about content you submitted.

We may moderate or remove customer content where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms or the law. We do not promise to publish every submission.

19. Third-party websites and services

Our website may contain links to independent websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. You should review the terms and policies of any third-party service you use.

20. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is also explained in that policy and through our cookie controls.

21. Website availability and information

We aim to keep the website available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, update or restrict all or part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.

We may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, availability, promotions, delivery information or pricing. If a correction materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide the options required by law.

22. Our responsibility for loss or damage

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • breach of your statutory rights in relation to products
  • any other matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If we breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of that breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was formed.

We supply products for private and domestic use. If you use them for a commercial, business or resale purpose, we will not be responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for loss caused by your failure to follow product instructions or warnings, misuse of a product, use of a product by someone for whom it is not suitable, or an event outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

23. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, transport interruption, failure of telecommunications networks, natural disaster, epidemic, government action or supply-chain disruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and will contact affected customers where appropriate. If there is a substantial delay, you may have a right to cancel and receive a refund for products not supplied.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.

The version applying to your purchase is the version in force when you place the order. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

25. Transfer of rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, provided this does not affect your rights. We will notify you if required.

You may transfer your rights or obligations only with our written agreement, except where the law allows otherwise.

26. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

27. Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies referred to in them and the information provided during checkout, form the agreement between you and Blancs Teeth concerning your order.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud or prevents you from relying on rights provided by law.

28. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts or the courts of England and Wales.
